Below is a list of planning applications within the Horsted ward, giving the application case reference, date, location, description, the Case Officer, and whether it will be decided by Council staff or at the relevant Area Development Control Committee (ADC) i.e. ADC East or ADC West. For convenience in seeing the latest applications, I have listed these in reverse date order so that new entries appear first.

If you wish to make any representations concerning any of the applications listed below you can do so via email either to planning.representations@Medway.gov.uk, quoting the case reference; or directly to the case officer, for which purpose I have provided a direct email link for each application. Alternatively the office can be contacted by telephone via the Council's main switchboard number: (01634) 306 000.

Under certain circumstances an application that is due to be decided by Council staff can be referred to the ADC Committee for decision. Typically this will happen automatically if there are a high number of objections to the proposal, but if there are good grounds for Council members to make the decision the ward member(s) can request an application to come before the Committee and can also ask to speak about the case at that Committee.

Once the cases below have been decided their details are held here for a few weeks before being moved to this planning archive/history page.
