Frangipane Sponge Mixture
ingredients
almond essence if desired 4 oz butter 2 eggs
3 oz ground almonds 4 oz sugar 2 oz flour
Sugar butter method
- 1.Cream butter and sugar thoroughly.
- 2.Beat through eggs,one by one.
- 3.Fold through sieved flour and almonds.
- 4.Add essence if necessary.
Use for Bakewell tart.
