The Dartford surge began just after the interval with a delicate chip and although they added a second goal, Hackney still created enough chances to be on terms. But it was a lack of strength in mid-field that finally caused the home side's downfall as Dartford exploited the space to seal their advantage with three well-taken goals in the last five
minutes.
