GLSW & Surrey Scout Paragliding Club - Courses

We currently offer three types of courses. These are as follows:

Initial Course - A one day introductory course which involves safety training, canopy theory and launching, and three tethered round canopy flights. Cost £25 per person per day if a Scout or Guide otherwise £40 (This includes third party liability. It does not cover personal injury insurance. Scouts and Guides will be covered by their respective associations.)

Parascenders Badge Course - Applicants must have attended an introductory day before they can attend the badge course. The course includes theory lectures and self release flights. A further day helping at an introductory day is also required. Price on application.

Wings Flying Course - A two day course for persons interested in flying the wing canopies. Applicants must be over 16 years of age. Price on application.
