Welcome to the Meldreth Manor school text and information site
Meldreth Manor is a residential school comprising 22 acres set 20 minutes south of Cambridge. It caters for 90 pupils with cerebral palsy and severe or profound and multiple learning
difficulties. The school is one of seven schools and a college run by Scope (formerely the Spastics Society).
The pupils at the school have a variety of special needs. Many pupils also have additional needs,these may be medical or sensory, including epilepsy, feeding difficulties, visual or hearing impairments.
The School is committed to the principle of Putting pupils first and has stated as a mission that
