Yep, that's me, the one who is sitting here in my newly (and beautifully) decorated room (though not in the photo - that's a kitchen, and before anyone asks, no I'm not levitating), writing pointless homepages instead of getting on with the more important things in life. Like sleeping (who said work?).
So yeah. Here I am. Deborah Josie Putt, or Debbie if that's a bit of a mouthful, cosmicnewt extraordinaire, at your service. I have been on this Earth for 18 years (excluding any former lives), having survived primarily thanks to a mixture of caffeine, hugs, jolly postcards and loud guitars. I like snakes, playing the piano when the mood takes me, cucumbers, my CDs (from Radiohead to Green Day to the Offspring to Blur to REM to Gus Gus to Massive Attack to Mansun to Bjork to the Beastie Boys to U2 to...), slinky springs, my monster munch tshirt, Good Omens, the sea, lots of words, party poppers, black nail varnish (on blokes), eyeliner (ditto), After Eight mints, the sky, my teddy bear, rainbows, quantum physics, ice-cream and, it appears, parentheses. I don't like green peppers, spots, walking home in the rain, spiders, the xfm feedback line, being cold, night buses, scratched CDs and Guinness. So now you know.
Can anyone ever remember all their favourite films when asked? Some of mine are Star Wars, The Crow, William Shakespeare's Romeo And Juliet, Lady And The Tramp, Bill And Ted's Bogus Journey and Shallow Grave, but i'm sure there are many more that I can't think of right now.
